Auto coaching.

Es inevitable que en el transcurso de nuestra vida te topes con dificultades. El tamaño de las dificultades va muy de la mano con el tamaño de las metas que tienes. Entre más altas las metas; más dificultades para alcanzarlas. Una forma segura de mantenerte libre de problemas en la vida es no ser ambicioso y conformarte con nada. Todas estas dificultades para sacar adelante nuestro puestito, piquita, trabajo o actividad te generan una tremenda carga emocional y el denominado estrés. Sin embargo es bueno platicarte que existen herramientas para hacerte cambiar tu forma de pensar, tú forma de sentir y la manera cómo asimilas las experiencias desagradables de la vida. Se le llama coaching. Coaching viene de la palabrita gringa (anglosajona para los estrictos del lenguaje) coach que significa entrenador. Un coach es alguien que te capacita para determinada actividad; no sólo deportiva sino de cualquier tipo. Actualmente existen profesionales que te cobran una lana para ayudarte a asimilar los problemas de la vida y convertirlos en herramientas con valor. Muy interesante. Pues con la novedad de que el día de hoy voy a ser tu coach y de a grapa. Funcionará así: te mostraré ejemplos de vida de personas que han tenido éxito y lo que han tenido que superar y te haré preguntas para que reflexiones. Por razones de espacio irán juntas; pero tú tomate tu tiempo para cada una. Corres el riesgo de cambiar y mejorar. Meyo, mucho meyo.

Al inicio de una conferencia sobre stress el ponente colgó frente al público una gran hoja de papel blanco. Con un marcador negro dibujo luego una mancha irregular

¿Que ven aquí? Preguntó: Uno tras otro, los presentes fueron contestando: Una mancha negra. Eso supuse dijo el orador. Ninguno de ustedes se enfoco en la hoja blanca, aunque tiene una superficie mucho mayor. ¿Cuál es la conversación en la que te enfocas más asiduamente? ¿En todo lo que tienes o en lo poco que te falta? ¿En todo lo que sabes o en lo mucho que no conoces? ¿En todo lo que puedes o en lo que te gustaría pero no te sale? Depende cual sea la conversación en la que te enfoques el estado de ánimo que estarás transitando.  ¿Cuál es la conversación que tienes contigo mismo? Si no me puedo comunicar con dignidad conmigo mismo: ¿Cómo será mi comunicación hacia otros? Si no soy analítico de lo que yo mismo hago: ¿Seré capaz de ser analítico con otros? Si las cosas que hago me las tomo muy superficial, mis errores los minimizo: ¿Cómo juzgaré a otros en sus acciones y en sus errores? (distorsión). Y de acuerdo con el estado de ánimo que estés transitando la predisposición a la acción que tendrás. Y de acuerdo con tu manera de accionar los resultados que estarás obteniendo. ¿No te gustan tus resultados? La clave está en la conversación. Piensa en tu situación, en la  conversación que te separa de tus resultados. Después de la primera  prueba artística de Fred Astaire,  el informe del  director de pruebas de la M.G.M.  fechado en 1933, decía: ¡¡No sabe actuar!! ¿Qué piensas que hizo Fred Astaire después de semejante declaración? Imagínalo por sus resultados Louis May Alcott, la autora de Mujercitas, era impulsada por su familia a conseguir trabajo como mucama o costurera.  ¿Escuchó los juicios de su familia o lo que ella pensaba de sí misma?  Beethoven tocaba mal el violín y su profesor consideraba que no tenía futuro como compositor.  Como era sordo no pudo escuchar esta crítica ¡que suerte!  Los padres del famoso cantante Enrico Caruso querían que fuera ingeniero. Su profesor decía que no tenía voz ni futuro.  ¿Qué lo habrá motivado a seguir intentándolo?  Charles Darwin, padre de la teoría de la evolución abandonó la carrera médica mientras el padre le decía: Lo único que te interesa es capturar ratas.  ¿De qué otra manera hubiera podido, el padre,  entender su interés por las ratas?  El director de un diario despidió a Walt Disney por falta de ideas. Walt Disney quebró varias veces antes de construir Disneyland.  ¿Alguna vez pensaste que para concretar ese parque alguien antes tuvo que soñar en súper grande, casi te diría delirar consiente? Albert Einstein no habló hasta los cuatro años y no leyó hasta los siete. Su maestra lo describió como mentalmente lento, insociable y encerrado siempre en sueños tontos.  ¿Alguna vez alguien te dijo que tus sueños eran tontos?  Henry Ford fracasó y quebró cinco veces hasta que finalmente tuvo éxito.  ¿Te parece que Ford pensó que era un fracasado o simplemente consideró a sus errores como espacios de aprendizaje?  Winston Churchill no aprobó sexto grado. Llego a Primer Ministro recién a los sesenta y dos años, luego de una vida de derrotas y reveses hizo sus mayores contribuciones cuando era un hombre mayor.  ¿Todavía estas a tiempo?  Dieciocho editores rechazaron el cuento de Richard Bach Juan Salvador Gaviota, antes de que Macmillan lo publicara finalmente en 1970. Cinco años después había vendido más de siete millones de ejemplares solamente en los Estados Unidos.  ¿No te pasa que a veces te das cuenta que los otros son los que se la pierden?

Después de muchas horas de recibir y dar coaching existe la posibilidad de que puedas llegar al auto coaching que es donde te entrenas a ti mismo para cambiar tus modelos mentales y paradigmas para lograr una catarsis y por ende un valor agregado como persona. A caray; todas estas palabritas retóricas ya nos hicieron bolas. Lo que quiero decir es que con el auto coaching puedes pensar diferente y cambiar teniendo más valor como persona. Así de papita. Y en entrenamiento soy auditor clase IV y en administracion hice hasta el vol 0, ahhh y ademas audite mas de 1500 horas de libro 1

Te parece suficiente la experiencia en la secta o no .

Ahora esto que tu heroe Roberto acaba de descubrir sobre miscavige y la administracion, nosotros (y digo nosotros porque somos un grupo de 25 ex cienciologos mexicanos) hace mas de 10 años, y lo que ustedes aun no pueden ver y fue lo que mi grupo y yo hicimos luego y creeme que nos costo muchisimo esfuerzo y trabajo, fue descubrir que Hubbard y su cienciologia son un fraude, no solo la asminsitracion de Miscavige, y dentro de mi grupo habemos hasta Ots VIII, asi que no me digas que no sabemos lo que decimos o que es nuestro caso.

Le extiendo un saludo esperando poder captar su atención; mi nombre es Daniel Asse, fui víctima de múltiples fraudes y extorciones, perpetrado por miembros de la “Iglesia de Scientology”, cabe mencionar que dicha Iglesia no está reconocida como tal en nuestro país, son simplemente Asociaciones Civiles sin fines de Lucro. La razón de escribirle, es informar tanto del riesgo tan grande que en nuestro país se vive, gracias a este tipo de Organizaciones disfrazadas de “No lucrativas”, actualmente estoy buscando justicia por medio de la Ley, en base a daños Psicológicos, Morales, Económico y a nivel personal.

Le informo que yo pertenecí por nueve años, a este culto el cual es llamado “La Religión de las Estrellas”. También conozco a diversas personas que sufrieron similares perpetraciones por dichas personas, las cuales de una forma u otra están dispuestas a dar sus diversos testimonios, y en general contar sus historias.

La Iglesia de Scientology, además de robo, se dedica a propiciar el aborto, con miembros internos de su grupo élite; amen de seguir dentro del culto y seguir sirviendo a sus propósitos; hacen firmar contratos por dos millones de años, y si esto parece fuera de proporción, o inverosímil; le parecerá más aún encontrar en nuestro País, incluso menores de edad trabajando para ellos, con el mismo contrato de trabajo. Indocumentados Ilegales viviendo, trabajando a veces 48 horas de jornada, por 8 horas de descanso cuando se les exige y con una paga inferior al salario mínimo.

Cuando lea mi historia, verá el por qué después de un año de perpetrarse estos ilícitos en mi contra, apenas salgo a la luz, ya que fui intimidado, amenazado, incluso hecho firmar con notario público un acuerdo de no divulgación, en donde por cada vez que yo mencione mi historia; me harían un cargo de $100,000.00 (Cien mil pesos mexicanos 00/100 M.N.).

Le estoy adjuntando mi historia en español; con otro tipo de denuncias Internacionales las cuales están siendo transmitidas por todo Internet por la BBC y la CNN, etc. Es de mi deseo si Usted así lo considera apropiado, ser entrevistado; ya que lo que a mí me pasó, seguramente le está sucediendo en este momento otros Mexicanos.

Mi nombre es Daniel Asse

Yo soy un miembro de la comunidad judía y Rotary Club en México.

Estuve practicando la Ciencilogía desde hace 9 años.

La Iglesia dice que “se debe manejar” reembolsos y las grandes molestias en los asuntos dentro de la iglesia, con el capellán de la Iglesia dentro de las líneas internas.

Esto es una falsedad.

He estado tratando todos los días desde hace 1 año sin ningún resultado. He llamado a la Oficina de OSA (oficina de asuntos especiales) (office Special Affairs) infinidad de veces.

Nadie me ha devuelto mis llamadas por teléfono.

Parte 1.

Yo creía que la Cienciología era para mejorar la espiritualidad. Les di un montón de dinero. Ellos me registraron (cobraron) intensamente por un montón de dinero.

La Iglesia se convirtió en un gran negocio para ver cuánto podía salir de mí.

He pagado 35,000 dólares sólo para los servicios de mi esposa.

He pagado $ 180,000 dólares a organizaciones avanzadas en otros países.

Mientras yo estaba en la base de “Flag” (Florida), mi esposa estaba teniendo relaciones sexuales con un miembro de rangos medios, de su Iglesia.

Parte 2

Cuando regrese a México, ambos me esperaron en el aeropuerto, y este tipo me llevó a su iglesia (ahora como capellán) y forzado y coaccionado a que yo tenga un divorcio exprés, me secuestraron durante 9 horas sin comida y amenazas hasta que firme un pedazo de papel que dice que mi esposa se llevó todo el dinero de $ 127.000 dólares de mis propias cuentas, dinero en efectivo en mi casa y la misma cantidad de dinero en mi cuenta de mi madre, por su divorcio, y que yo no podía ir a la corte de apelación de lo que pasó con ella. Me seguían gritando y forzando psicológicamente por medio de amenazas a ser expulsado de la Iglesia, y no tener derecho a mi libertad espiritual, y que iban a hacer que mis conocidos se desconectaran de mí, y dejaran de hablarme para toda mi vida.

Pero ellos son los que me despojaron de mis cuentas bancarias, de mi dinero mientras yo estaba en florida haciendo servicios en su Iglesia llamada “Flag”

Este ministro de la Iglesia me dijo que podría perder mi casa también (me casé por bienes separados) me llevó una semana entera (en su oficina, en las que no me permitía salir, y a amenazas de que yo iba a ser declarado una persona supresiva si no le pagaba más dinero para la iglesia, que me estaba presionando para regresar a Flag, y luego me llevó a CLO Latam (Continental Liason Oficce, la Sede para México) con muchos otros que sabían acerca de este malvado plan para divorciarme de inmediato para que el dinero robado de mi cuentas tuviera un giro diferente.

Mi esposa, dio, en mi ausencia todo el dinero de nuestras cuentas bancarias conjuntas a la Iglesia para “Organización Ideal” (Instituto Tecnológico de Dianética, actualmente en el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México. Puso mi dinero con la manipulación de Zozer Leonardo Jiménez Santana, y dio sin mi conocimiento para el proyecto de Organizaciones Ideales.

La Iglesia sabía que yo estaba en Clearwater, Florida para servicios exclusivos de Flag y que el dinero que robaban no tenía mi aprobación.

Parte 3

Me molesta enormemente que todo mi dinero fue arrancado de mi posesión, sin mi conocimiento y consentimiento.

Amenacé a la Iglesia que iba a hacer pública esta situación, y ellos me amenazaron, diciéndome que ya no podría ser aceptado en FLAG, lugar donde podría seguir con mi camino hacia mi libertad espiritual.

Parte 4

Con la presión de forma coercitiva me hicieron firmar un montón de documentos en donde nunca yo pondría hacer alguna reclamación en ellos, con $ 100,000.00 M.N. de pena por cada reclamación o información que diera a alguien.

Y que no se me devolvería el importe acordado, al menos que firmara.

Estoy aprendiendo que OSA (oficina de asuntos especiales) tienen tantas ocultaciones que, si bien me preguntan a mi todo el día sobre mis “crímenes”; lo que ellos mismos desean es encubrir este escándalo y sus propios crímenes.

¿Por qué todos tienen que firmar documentos de no divulgación?

Durante mis 9 años de tomar los servicios en la iglesia, me di cuenta ahora, que he perdido a mi esposa, mi dinero, mi negocio, mi alegría de vivir, y mi familia, porque me hicieron desconectarme de mi madre, porque ella es una psicóloga .

Yo no soy ni he sido Scientologysta nunca, sin embargo me gusta ayudar a los demás sobre todo a quienes por alguna razón lo necesitan y piden la ayuda, creo en el destino me hice miembro del staff, sin preguntar siquiera y sin que me interesara si había una paga, solo deseaba ayudar… (al parecer la auditación hubiera sido lo mío pues según lo que me explicaban esa era la mejor forma de ayudar a los demás).
Durante los dos meses en los que he ido diariamente a Scientology he hecho todo lo que he podido y me han permitido para apoyarles, (que no fue mucho porque siempre me vieron con desconfianza) bien hace una semana me dieron el uniforme y finalmente concluí tres de sus primeras enseñanzas, el MBE y el seminario de díanetica, los problemas del trabajo.

Por cierto no tengo ninguna preparación en Auditación, pero en el seminario (eso creo que tu lo sabes) me toco auditar a una sra. con un severo cargo de conciencia, (mientras la auditaba yo solo repetía mentalmente “DIOS TE AMA”) se fue muy feliz…. despues de mucho llorar… así es que comprendo que el escuchar sin juzgar descargue a la persona de sus fantasmas interiores… comprendo tambien por que te gusta ser Auditor… y ojalá puedas seguir estudiando sobre el tema de forma academica y formal.
Disculpa si no utilizo el lenguaje de los Scientologystas pero aunque aprendi algo de ello prefiero el lenguaje coloquial. (amar es lenguaje universal).

I´m Roberto Sánchez Núñez. 35 rounds old.

I’m a GAT class V graduate auditor and Purif C/S.

I serve to the people of my area 10 years as a staff member.

At present I help a lot of persons and groups. I’m the main advisor in improvement subjects in the businessmen association of my city. And member of the board of the best ecological association of my state.

Besides my full training in Scientology; I’m currently in a study line-up to get a PhD degree on Sustainable Development Management.

Why am I taking my position as an Independent Scientologist.

Is not because I have some misemotion, personal injustice, arc brake or problem with Scientology or the Tec.

I came in to Scientology 20 years ago. The reason for that was that I have a strong interest in helping to achieve a better society where people could reach happiness. It´s a purpose that I remember having since 5 years old. At the age of 13 I start to audit others basic auditing.

I see that Scientology, as it´s managed in present time, is not reaching Scientology purpose at its best which is of course “improved conditions”. What is achieving is: Sea Org Executives whom are abused in his fundamental human rights and trough black dianetics are being manipulated. Public in debt all over the world to buy buildings that after a while doesn´t have staff or public or prevail equal to before the “ideal building” were purchased.

I DIDN’T GO INTO SCIENTOLOGY FOR THIS.

THEREFORE STARTING NOW I PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE MY SEPARATION OF THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY UNTIL IT HAS A SENSIBLE AND DECENT LEADERSHIP WITH RESPECT TO HIS FELLOW MEMBERS.

It is impossible to me ignore the statements ant testimonies of people that were once high rank scientology executives in relation to the kind of treatment and injustices they receive. About how the life really is in the highest levels of the church management. About the real use that is given to the money that all scientologist donate. I’m not going in to describe here in detail all this now as I wouldn´t end in a year. Instead; I’m attaching the links of each reference or people from whom I get the info and this way, without alteration, each one interested can analyze for himself and reach to his own conclusions. If someone tell me that “all this is a bunch of lies made up by disaffected ex-s.o. sp scum”I only can tell that I have my investigation tech in good shape; tku!

It´s like saying that the holocaust didn’t exists because “you can’t say it’s true; you weren’t there”. There’s evidence and data all over the place.

I have reached a lot of gains trough my auditing but my major wins were in training and auditing people. There’s no apparent reason for me to wrestle whit the mighty Church of Scientology. My life and family goes well are we are flourishing and prospering; so, why do this?

My past and present products:

Delivery of hundreds of Purif Rds taken each pc to the full EP of that Rd.

Hundreds of Purif Rd. C/sed cases taken to full EP; without charging a dime for doing it. (After finishing my staff contract) Tech terminals on IFA Bajio mission and Guadalajara org can testify this true.

Audit a lot of pc´s through the grades with good wins and taking them to the full EP of that grade or action. Evidence of this is in pc folders in ITD Org and IFA Bajio mission.

Audit NED on several pc´s and reach on some of them the state of clear as a product of that auditing.

I debug  a lot of pc´s all the way through starting from search pc folders and missing particles, put them in order, FES them, program them and audit them through and specialized action that I was trained and classed for deliver as Interiorization Rds, LX´s, GF, GF40X, C/S 53; etc.

After being the first of my group of interns to complete the class IV internship since the GAT release; I start to devote part of my time to drill (coach) to the auditor student bog in the internships in levels beyond mine. This I did until I finish all my line-up to grad V. Many of them can now remember the kind of coach I was including some OTVIII´s that I help to pass through the internship.

I have received many commendations for support to practically ANY Scientology area; especially to the LATAM Sea Organization.

I was elected to handle a delicate matter in relation to the Lisa McPherson case and I did the assigned action with good results on the people I help on this cycle.

I was the first graduated in LATAM of a Technical Individual Program after the GAT release.

From 1995 to 1998 I was the executive director of Leon mission. From 1998 to 2000 I did all my training starting the Student Hat up to Grad V permanent. Zero volume. PTS/SP, HRD and Scn DRD auditor and others. From 2000 to 2005 I take again the post of executive director on Leon mission doing the following actions: Autid, C/sing, registration, events organization, TV and radio interview, stats, direct staff on actions, etc.

All this while raising two beautiful daughters with, all the time, the help and working support of my wife.

In an excellent way, a louse one or whatever label you qualify it; I give unconditionally 10 years of my life in favor of doing my part in having a better society in my poor México and his abandoned people.

Nobody can change that.

My tears for seeing my staff (and each staff on each org or mission I know in my country) without a fair pay, my impotence to change things, my joy at auditing somebody and seeing him discharge with teas and laughs for hours to arrive next to a serene state for weeks; all this: NOBODY CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME.

All this is mine and I work hard for it.

There´s no amount of yellow sheets that can alter that.

What´s next for me from C of S via S.O. Latam?

Press to my Scientology relatives and friends to cut his communication with me.

Put me as the most awful and out-ethics possible being; searching trough ethics and pc folders to public and exaggerate any situation I could have in the past. My yellow sheet is not going to say anything good of me. Even though many times I have wondered if I’m not an harmful person and even though I see around me a lot of healthy and happy people and that I have attained a lot of wins in Scientology; I would still be: a SP.

All the commendations I receive it seem to be unable to indicate that IM A HUMAN BEING THAT LIKES TO HELP OTHERS AND ACTUALLY DOES IT VERY GOOD.

Many of the people that I know in Scientology finally can say “see; I told you. This Roberto is not more than an m*** fu*+* out-ethics SP.”

Others only could hide his pain and have resignation to be no more in communication.

No problem.

Mi true friends (they are only a few) and my family; are and always will be with me.

I respect your decision to carry on forwarding the “command intention” and stay in your group “standard and in-ethics”.

I even respect your fear of losing your family for dare to question something.

I’m not against the goodwill people that are inside scientology; which are, by far, the vast great majority.

I’m only against the group directed by David Miscavige who lies and hide information.

Who gives commands that harm goodwill people.

Who separates families with an incorrect application of the PTS/SP and ethics Tech.

Who uses the OSA office to chase and finish to whoever who opposes them. Who uses $500 dollar shirts when the sea org, orgs and missions staff is STARVING TO DEAD.

Knock it off this nonsense of “we are making good Money, we don’t need it, we are not starving, bla, bla, bla; we know it´s just PR in an attempt to make a little less ugly the conditions that demand being on staff actually.

I apologize sincerely to anybody who have been harmed for be in contact with me. I can’t find anybody specific because I never yell, kick, steal or harm anybody. I’m willing to correct any damage that any scientologists feel I have caused him.

Mi conditions handling.

The first condition is Enemy.

I know and accept I’m an enemy of the current management of the church of scientology and his command intention. There’s no reason for not accept this as is nothing to be ashamed of. It´s like negating be the enemy of a wife-beater or a corrupt politician. It´s very shameful to be friends or supporters of these ones.

Enemy.

I´m a TRUE member and supporter of the human race and life in general; who carries with dignity and fulfilling his duties and responsibilities of a competent human being. Some of these duties are support and promote truth, peace, respect, development and wellbeing in general.

I’m NOT an enemy of David Miscavige. I’m an enemy of the actions and intentions of David Miscavige and the ones of the board who tolerates his irrational and betrayer acts toward scientologist; poisoning this way to the church.

Doubt condition.

I want to point out here that inside Scientology are 3 groups clearly separated and don’t want to be misunderstood about what am I fighting for.

The first group is the staff and public in general of missions and orgs. The vast mayority of this group are wonderful and well-intentioned people. I don’t have any problem with them; nor my intention to separate from them.

The second group is the one of Sea Org members of goodwill who uses the tech in a standard way and with good sense. This group represents the vast majority of the Sea Org. I don’t have a doubt to be on his side.

The third group; of which I’m separation is the group of David Miscavige and his group of close followers who keeps on doing human rights violations, using money of scientologist in a wrongful way and keeping staff members on awful conditions due to his wretched leadership. This is the smallest group in scientology; however, is the group the majority obeys.

Mi condition handling is in relation to this last group.

1. His activities are demand results of plans that they have; no matter how. Including denigration of the people and human rights violation. Intentions are keep on receiving money from scientologist all over the world by control and threats or pressure via OSA and disconnection orders.
2. His stats are low and his products overt ones. David Miscavige´s brother Ronnie went out SO, His niece also. His right hand, Marty Rathburn also, Mike Rinder also, etc, etc. (Here is expected a “veteran scientologist” tell me that “people blows off for his own O/W´s” to which I said that the article in reference must be read in his entirety and well understood before debate nonsense)
3. This group must be helped. The help that requires his making by-pass to it to put his ethics in; because his activities harm to the group and must be stopped. A way to help them to put his ethics in is stop to give them support of any kind. When they have an ethics change in the order of magnitude required and handling probed; then restore support carefully. Other way to help is exposing the activities that they realize and that harm others. I will do this both to help them. This medicine maybe does not like them; but they are going to have to take it to get cured.
4. Mi group of Worldwide Independent Network of Scientologists have the intention of achieve a sensible application of scientology tech without threats and with plain respect of the personal integrity and human rights. Not sacrificing to the individual in name of “the greatest good””the cause” or “group wellbeing”. His activities are of validate the wins of scientologists and unite them seeing ways to use the tech in a constructive way for all; without punish or family separations.
5. High. A lot of people going public oppose the abuses and this way salvage scientology as a subject before it´s too late and too muddied.
6. I join the group that helps without the necessity of lie while helps. I am and always have been a friend of mankind, a free scientologist in his logical and pure context, who is capable of thinking for himself and who achieves improved conditions around him; not buildings, scientologists or any other thing.
7. With the help of Marty and the inspiration and courage of many others like Jeff, Dan or Jason I have months doing it. For anyone that wants to see the specifics of it; can check the section of my products before this one or visit my facebook.
8. I will endure through the attacks and offenses that I’m going to receive starting now from fanatics and people hired to stop me. I will be able to protect to my family meanwhile and I will flourish like never before.

Risk condition. (Start)

1. 1. My friends are the goodwill people who respects the beliefs of others and don’t use violence, intimidation and evil control to achieve any goal in his life. People that don’t abuse of the power that have for lie and hide things that affect others in his interests and life’s. People that make things go right using only A,R,C, K, R and C.

I’m open to receive communication that refutes the things I’m saying here. I only ask to any who wishes to do it have at least the decency or reading the sources of information I’m quoting and at least the training and staff experience level I have. If this is not the case; please don’t make me waste my precious time.
